DIP (Documentary, Intimacy and Staging) is an annual program for 12 filmmakers and artists from around the world, with weekly online meetings, created and coordinated by Manuel Abramovich since 2021.

Filming without a script, training the gaze and listening, inviting neighbors to become characters, rewriting an everyday scene, using intuition as a method... How to stage intimacy?

In the first instance, DIP is a laboratory for artists but it is, above all, a refuge for people. A space for debate, interdisciplinary thinking, and critique of the ways of inhabiting the world.

Its online format allows the meeting of artists from all over the world. DIP seeks methods to put other ways of filming: filming with another, instead of filming another.

Can we investigate our human depths and mysteries through film?
